Remember that Borland has licensed the Compact .NET
framework from Microsoft. Doing nothing with that license would seem a tad...
silly? (But then, Americans... :-)
We have a large legacy
in Delphi, but as one of our major new
developments is WinCE we’ve made the shift to C# for all new work. If
WinCE had been covered by Delphi 8 we would still be with Delphi…

Delphi 8 and actively developing in it for all
new dev projects.. I find it as good as Visual Studio .NET, however it
would like the ability to target different platforms e.g. WinCE etc
devices…
