Thanks to all for rapid and generous responses. To respond to the various
questions:

- The organisation is the Taoist Tai Chi Society of Australia
www.taoist.org

- Delphi v. 3 (build 5.83)

- Database is Paradox 5

Please note that I do not currently have source code, am using a run time.
Source code could probably be obtained, but I am hoping (against hope) that
this is not necessary.

If there's nothing funny about the tables you should be able to access them from a variety of sources. Depending on the drivers you have installed you might be able to create an ODBC source that will let you read the tables from any ODBC-enabled program... Microsoft Access for example. Failing that... programs written in just about any version of Delphi will be capable of accessing the data in those tables via the BDE.

I'm sure someone here can help you transfer that data to any form you like, if reading Paradox tables is the worst of your problems.
