Why must the message be confidential? Is it not rather a case of having no record? If it is so confidential why is the user permitted to read it in the first place?

Why not just use Text to Speech and read it out through the sound card? Can't be captured except through a tape recorder.

No! Users use clipboards for other purposes too. What if they just cut important information from somewhere!?
