The license generator is actually dead easy to pull apart.
I have actually created a COM DLL that I use via a website, that generates license files for me.
all you are really doing is populating a Record object, and writing it to file.
I can tell you what you need to do if you like.

There was recently mention on this list of icelicense. I have emailed them asking if their key generator could be put in a Delphi console app, but reply slow and confusing. Does anybody using it know the answer? I imagine you need the Pro version with source.
