As strange as it may seem, it was my kid who was the support person involved in dealing with the original problem.
This is the same kid who talked me into buying (for his birthday party) the pellet guns that are responsible for the dents in my front door. I got him when he hid behind a tree. Standing very tall and sucking in his gut, he was unaware that the only bit left showing was his butt.
