Ross, Are you using a mail server such as Mail Daemon ? There are problems with the Email non-spec. It does not work well with Mail servers.
In my case since the delphi list server has been where it is now, I only get about a tenth of the emails at work. It is really wierd. Mail Daemon figures out that the email is for me - it then copies everything to my home address. I actually get everything at home. It then decides that it cant find the user and dumps it. I think it happens because of bcc - as this does not populate the fields fully. The mail gets to the domain, in our case cfl.co.nz and then there is not enough info in it to figure where to go. There are silly rules that mail programs use to then decipher who the mail is for... and this does not always work.
