The whole component palette is missing - not just some pages of it.

Could it be that you have managed to unregister or disable all of your
packages?
Take a look at HKCU/Software/Borland/Delphi/6.0{or whatever you
have/Disabled Packages.

Don't know what I've done.
My Component pallette has disappeared (despite that option being
checked as visible) and the Menu/Tool bar area at the top of the IDE
is now 10 cm deep while displaying only a menu bar and a single line
of tool bars ie there are 8cm of blank bar visible and no apparent way
to resize it.
Anyone know how to recover from this - it takes up an inordinate
amount of my valuable screen!
