No, Borland has only so many resources - there always has to be a
business case for new feature sets - but I know less than you it appears
about the official line on 64 bit compilers for Delphi.

D2005 is released. Perhaps you mean DeXter?

Borland don't generally preannounce much. Speaking with Danny recently I
wouldn't expect it in the short term. Borland like to think that .NET is
the way to 64 bit computing.
