It sounds like you have installed a new package or updated
and existing one, and it is not unloading properly.

Just recently in D7.1, a message box pops up
when exiting Delphi saying "Division by Zero". I don't even have to load
a project. Just load D7 and close it. It's not a major problem as
I can click on the message and it disappears, but I wondered if anyone has
heard about this and/or how to fix it.
