I know its sounds ridiculous, I have a collection of exes here and I
tested it multiple times. The size remains the same, its just the
internals. And I am using fc /b to look at them.

I hate to say it. but that sounds ridiculous if it is true. I will be
testing that later, because It would also make the
purpose of patch installs very difficult.
Are the EXE sizes different? or just the content?
