If the CM_CHILDKEY on the TPanel sets the message result to non-zero, then the CM_CHILDKEY processing stops at that point and the TPanel will never receive the notification. On the other hand if the message result is left as 0, then the TPanel will recieve the next due to the default CM_CHILDKEY processing.
