Does any know if it's possible to modify TSpinEdit
to show the arrow keys in the new themed colours for arrow buttons on XP.
Currently they are showing as normal themed TButtons, but the standard
colour is blue for arrow buttons, such as that shown with a TUpDown or
TDatePicker, etc.
