The only reason for this email is in case I run against this again
sometime and do a search on my archive of the list emails.
Note to self:
If you get a "Debug process already running" when trying to debug a DLL
that gets loaded into a host exe, it's because the host exe is out of
synch with something (probably shared source files). Rebuild the host
exe, then the dll and all will be well.
