When we setup new or updated third party components we ususlly install
them using the default options, and then move the source to our Complib
foder, and get it to compile as part of our build script, which will put
the BPL in the BPL directory specified in Delphi's options which is
C:\Develop\Complib\BLP. We never use the provided bpl's.
