Not much to say really - you've said it all. We send out an occasional newsletter to over 9000 people - all of whom have subscribed (usually when purchasing on line). We make sure that we don't send anything but useful info, and nobody has yet complained. We use the Indy controls but have stayed at 9 so I don't think I can help with the main problem tho. Phil. It's like S*X with a willing partner ... with an unwilling partner it's "illegal".
