Title: myOffice Email Message
Not much to say really - you've said it all. We send out an occasional newsletter to over 9000 people - all of whom have subscribed (usually when purchasing on line). We make sure that we don't send anything but useful info, and nobody has yet complained.

We use the Indy controls but have stayed at 9 so I don't think I can help with the main problem tho.

Bulk email is a legitimate activity where you are emailing your customer database, or other willing parties. It's like S*X with a willing partner ... with an unwilling partner it's "illegal".

Don't assume thats sending bulk email is spamming - there's a huge amount of legitimate activity in that area ... wanna come in here Phil?

cheers

Gary
