The issue is the ickiness of the concept where you pay them to get the data 
thats going to make them more efficient so that they can make more profit.  
What they should be doing (and should have done at least 30 years ago) is 
to encourage businesses to use the postcode.

Well, of course, you need to pay them to be allowed to
pay them to send mail.

What did you think you get to pay them for free?
