in D7 the standalone version only ran on the IP address of 127.0.0.1   (or 100 one of them anyway) and you had to pay to be able to use it for other IP addresses, say 10.0.0.1 or whatever.
120.0.0.1 is NOT alot of help if you want to use it company wide for intranet purposes etc.
