I had a few weird problems when I installed IE7, un-installing IE7 fixed them...

None of the Editor ToolTip functions (Help, Symbol or Expression) are working. They are enabled in the Editor Options. I have tried reinstalling D2005, uninstall and reinstall, uninstall, empty the BDS directory and the HKLM and HKCU Borland registry keys, then reinstall; all without success. I have compared the BDS directory with another system on which I did an identical install and they match exactly. All the tooltip features are working correctly on the other system. Any ideas or pointers? The next step seems to be a complete system rebuild.
