I have done this several times ...
-Export HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\Delphi\<version> on original PC
-Install Delphi on new PC
-Copy reg file over and install by double click
-Get any BPL files from original PC and copy to new
-Do any other fix ups necessary to get Delphi to run as before. Experts,
libraries etc ...
It isn't too bad in practice - just tedious :-)
