The key name was Sync Edit Params set to one under My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\BDS\4.0\Code Insight That one adds parameter declarations to procedures/functions. Like with the JEDI documentation - CodeGear guys it is hard to find these tricks except by seeing others doing them!
