I can't remember seeing any mention of this before, and I just want to be sure: can applications created using Delphi 2007 win32 run under Windows 9x? (Yep, people still use those OS out there.)
The systems requirements for Delphi 2007 say Windows 2000, XP or later, but what about the applications created?
