I'd go even further and say don't use webshops in Asia Pacific at all. Always use a reseller.

Something that came out at the Christchurch seminar was that people were unaware that we at Developers Inc compete with the CodeGear webshop. If you place orders there, we don't get any money which makes it harder to do CodeGear related activities (we allocate a portion of the funds we get from CodeGear to marketing related activities, and depending on how big that pool is depends on what we can do).
