MySQL 4.x bisa transaction, asal pake InnoDB dan sejenisnya (misal Barkeley). DbExpress include di D7. Coba MyODBC, bandingkan dgn MyDAC untuk akses data besar (misalnya 5000 record, kalo bisa ada field BLOB-nya, sehingga terasa unjuk kerjanya).
