DCLAXSERVER.BPL, kalau tidak salah adalah package yang berisi component
component di tab 'ACTIVEX'. Ini bukan komponen 'native' delphi, jadi
anda harus menyediakan link ke file DLL atau OCX yang digunakan. Kalau
dilihat dari deploy.txt, seharusnya component yang disediakan adalah
sebagai berikut :

o VisualSpeller Control, copyright Visual Components,
Inc.
o Formula One (spreadsheet), copyright Visual Components,
Inc.
o First Impression (VtChart), copyright Visual
Components, Inc.

Kalau memang anda menggunakan salah satu dari mereka, anda harus
menyertakan DCLAXSERVER.BPL (dari \delphi\bin\ ) dan OCX yang
bersangkutan (dari \windows\system\).
