Delphi 7, hanya untuk membuat aplikasi windows platform saja. Delphi 8 hanya
untuk membuat aplikasi dot net.
Delphi 9, bisa buat aplikasi windows platform, aplikasi dot net, dan juga
ada C# buildernya (kalau nggak salah)
Kalau keistimewaan detailnya, cuma cari infonya di website borland...
