I found some unpushed load_balancer patch from Aug/2010, so I revamped
it to work with latest core.
So what are basicly load balancers ? It's simple, you create an load_balancer
object, set port for this object and then set port for instance objects.
After you create load_balancer, you can assign multiple instances into this
object and all traffic will be routed through this load balancer.
