Is Deltacloud's site primarily maintained at Apache (http://incubator.apache.org/deltacloud) instead of http://deltacloud.org? If so, it would be helpful to clearly indicate that the most up-to-date documentation & downloads are at the Apache incubator. I'll follow up with more questions as I orient myself! - Eric W.
