This is v3 of the blob metadata patch - introduces blob metadata and allows you to put this for our storage drivers. Includes comments by David Lutterkort in previous thread (25th Jan) 'user metadata for blob creation [v.2.0] - S3, Cloudfiles, Azure'. Once this is committed will serve as basis for other blob metadata operations (like getting/putting metadata only, where supported),
