Well you're all right. It's not possible to get all images from Amazon because
there are around 5500 items and request takes around 50 seconds to complete.
However I sent a patch to the list marked with this bug ID to allow you to list
all images in EC2 using ?owner_id=all parameter. Feel free to do a review for
this patch and I will then push it into SVN.
