#1090: Cannot change Allocation type in Web interface preferences

There seems to be a problem with the radio buttons in preferences when
trying to change the Allocation type from Compact to Full, both end up
being selected so you cannot enable full allocation.
Same result in both Firefox 3.6 and Google Chrome 4.0
