I tried to remove ~/.config/deluge, blocklist works but still occur some
problems with 1.2.0rc4.
1) The blocklist seems to be downloaded every startup even if 'Check for
new list every' is set 4 days. Is it normal?
2) In classic mode, if deluge run on different locale, blocklist doesn't
work. Please see 'deluge-different-locale.log'; I run on LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8
first (works), run on LANG=C next (doesn't work).
3) In daemon mode, importing blocklist on startup doesn't work even if
'Import blocklist on startup' is enabled; please see 'deluged-ja.log' and
'deluged-ja-console.log'. And 'Check Download and Import' doesn't work;
please see 'xsession-errors-deluge.log'.
