The latest upgrade from 1.19 -> 1.2.0 caused something to change and
running deluged exits with:
terminate called after throwing an instance of
'boost::python::error_already_set'
deleting ~/.config/deluge/ directory allows it to run but the daemon dies
again with the same error upon adding a torrent.
