I have checked that this still occurs with 1.2.3, lt 0.14.10 and 0.15.
If the disk is missing deluge puts all torrents to checking along with
losing all the progress of any paused torrents. this results in all files
needing to be rechecked however deluge does not require a restart to
recognise the disk if it is remounted.
