mswsock.dll and msvcp90.dll are not in the latest (1.2.3) Windows release,
what are you talking about?
And MSVCP71.dll, MSVCR71.dll and MSVCR90.dll cannot be dropped (although I
do not undertand why build libtorrent with an older VS 2003 runtime)
