#1282: Use (localized) Yes/No or On/Off instead of True/False

"Auto managed" label in the Torrent Status tab shows it's value as a non-
localized string "True" or "False". It should use localized "Yes" and "No"
instead.
Another option is to use "On" and "Off" to be consitient with the torrent
options menu. (Or maybe change the menu to use Yes/No).
