Deluge should have an option in it's Network Preferences, to disable or
enable IPv6 by default.
This is a major issue, because blocklists tend not to include ipv6 ranges,
the use of ipv6 for bittorrent is undesirable and possibly dangerous.
It would be a bonus if ipv6 could additionally be enabled/disabled on a
per torrent basis, allowing the default preverence to be selectively over-
ridden as needed.
