#1296: Spurious HTTP requests to localhost from Deluge

Hi,
It's been about a week or so since I've started to get these failed HTTP
requests in my Apache2 log:

127.0.0.1 - - [22/May/2010:10:54:53 +0300] "GET
/announce?info_hash=%a2KF... HTTP/1.0" 404 839 "-" "Deluge 1.2.3"
}}}
It started with version 1.1.9, so I've tried to upgrade to 1.2.3, but this
didn't help.
What can I do to debug this?
