It would be great to be able to access in an easy way to the global ratio
for a tracker. Just a mean of all the presents torrents.
It actually wouldn't be accurate, because it wouldn't consider the deleted
torrents, but it should be easy to implement, and would give a first
glance at what we "owe" to the tracker.
