Execute Plugin executes the "torrent added" command when starting Deluge.
A "torrent added" command should be only be executed when new a torrent is
added, not when Deluge starts and loads the old torrents.
Also: I ask you for more supported events. I have read about this plug-in
for the first a long time ago and I have to say I expected more from it.
