#1544: Impossible to start webUI plugin with deluged

I start deluged + deluge-web.[[BR]]
I active the webUI plugin (''from deluge-web'').[[BR]]
I stop deluge-web and deluged.[[BR]]
I start only deluged.[[BR]]
I try to connect to ''localhost:port'' but: "''Error: Cannot connect to
destination''".
In log output of deluged:
