I'm setting the priority to "major" (which I noticed was the default when
I opened the ticket) since I actually find this feature very useful, and
much sought after in my own case. Before applying this patch, I often
found myself marking all the torrents, right clicking them and selecting
"Options->Upload Speed Limit->Set Unlimited" because I was unsure of
whether I had set an upload speed limit on one of the torrents.
This has become unnecessary with the proposed patch. Maybe a priority
somewhere between "major" and "minor" would be more appropriate though.
