1)running deluge -u web freezes in the terminal
2)if u try to load deluge without the classic mode will not connect to the
daemon
3)deluge-console commands dont work because of no daemon and wait forever
in the terminal witheout exit code.
i believe it's the same bug - deluge daemon - so i posted all in the same
ticket and will attach some traces
