filename = unicode(filename)
if unicode convert error, the exception is not be catpured, deluge just
hang up!
I meet this problem both under windows xp( japanese ) and archlinux.
PS: I'm from china, when I add a torrent url to deluge, if torrent file
name has some gbk char, the convert exception will raise.
