#2010: Move speed in titlebar to the beginning

Prerequisite: Enable the ''Show session speed in titlebar'' option.
Shortening ''Down'' to ''D'', ''Up'' to ''U'', ''KiB/s'' to ''k'', placing
them at the beginning of the title bar string and removing unnecessary
spaces would allow the speeds to be seen in the taskbar/panel button with
less probability of being truncated.
This could apply to the gtkui and webui.
