 ''rm foo'' currently removes every torrent whose name or hash starts with
 foo. I understand that this behavior is practical if one wants to delete
 torrents based on the hash, but I find it counterintuitive when deleting
 torrents based on the name.

 I'd appreciate it if the behavior could be changed to:
  * ''rm name'' removes a torrent only if the full name matches.
  * ''rm hash'' behaves the same as way it is now.

 But at least this behavior should be documented in ''rm'' 's help message.
