Deluge GUI throws a segmentation fault in KDE if another window has the
"Ignore global shortcuts" rule enabled.
How to reproduce:
Open Deluge. Open any other application - I choose Dolphin. Right-click on
its title bar -> "Advanced" -> "Special Window Settings". Open the
"Appearance & Fixes" tab and enable "Ignore global shortcuts" -> "Force"
-> "Yes". Click "OK". Click the Dolphin window to focus it, if it isn't
already. Deluge will instantly segfault.
Tested on Arch Linux, Deluge 1.3.3, KDE 4.7.4
