#2026: Not able to specify which files to be dowloaded

As summary explains, I can't specify which files to be downloaded when I
add new torrents to Deluge. Torrent file is directly placed into the
downloading list and waiting for me to just close the add new torrent
dialog. I've tried with a lot of torrents, if I directly download whole
torrent files, there is no problem but when I uncheck, say, the readme
text file of torrent for it not to be downloaded, it still is downloaded.
This is trivial but when it comes to downloading 2nd part of a movie, it
is an important issue, i suppose. thank you all for great work !
