The reason I chose one file per magnet link was that it required very
little code modification. The options (renaming, copying and deleting)
for .torrent files would also apply to .magnet files without making any
changes.
I don't have a script which converts magnet links to files since I don't
know if and how that works (yet).

My solution for multiple magnet links in a single .magnet file is to check
for files containing more than one link and creating a new file for each
of them. This is done in a separate loop before adding any torrents.
I've provided an additional patch for this.
