I have the same problem since I upgraded from 1.3.3 to git master
(c8718ad643d00c7d166dd1314f385572dc4788a9)
torrents trom version 1.3.3 aren.t visible anymore (tested in web and
console ui)
but visible using
{{{
deluge-console "info -v 3991098f380fff0d113223d930..."
}}}
I found the torrent identifier in .config/deluge/state/torrents.state.
