#2036: on web ui, new labels are not sorted on torrent right clic, labels

when a new label is created, if you right clic a torrent to apply the new
label, the new labels is at the end of the list instead of at its place if
sorted alphabetically (but labels are sorted on the label panel)[[BR]]
refreshing the page fix the sorting
